  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 46.9
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water will continue to spread out of its
  banks and into swamps along the river and some yards near the
  river will begin to flood. Fields along Kingstown Rd, Crusoe
  Island Road, and Dock Road may begin to flood. Pireway Road NW may
  begin to flood between Horseshoe Road NW and Rivergate Drive.
  Rivergate Drive may begin to flood. Mosquito Rd NW may begin to
  flood. The end of Reaves Ferry Road near Nakina may be flooded.
  Ash-Little River Road may begin to flood near Wet Ash Swamp.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 16.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Wednesday morning and continue falling to 14.9 feet
    Wednesday morning.

* WHERE...Northeast Cape Fear River near Burgaw.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding worsens in the River Bend, River
  Birch and Alligator Lake subdivisions off Highway 53 on the east
  bank of the river. Floodwaters continue to rise on Croomsbridge
  Road and Old Maple Hill Road. Holly Shelter Estates and the Sandy
  Bend subdivision begin to be affected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM EDT Friday the stage was 10.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0
    feet early Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage early Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
